1. General provisions

This policy describes how Horizon Global (“we”) processes the personal data of visitors to horizon-global.ru and horizon-global.eu. It has been prepared in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

By using the chat on the website or sending us an email, you agree to this policy.

2. What data we receive

Through the Bitrix24 chat and by email: your name, phone number, email address, the text of your enquiry and any files you attach.

Automatically: technical cookies required for the website and chat to work. The website does not use web analytics services.

3. Why we process it

To respond to your enquiry, assess the matter, assign a lawyer and conclude an engagement agreement. We do not use this data for mailings or advertising.

4. Where data is stored and who receives it

Chat enquiries are stored in our CRM on the Bitrix24 platform. Data is not disclosed to third parties except where necessary to provide assistance on your instructions or where expressly required by law.

Information protected by attorney–client privilege is safeguarded in accordance with the Russian Federal Law “On Advocacy and the Bar”.

5. How long we keep data

For as long as needed for the purposes of processing and thereafter for the periods required by law. If no engagement agreement is concluded, enquiry data is deleted at your request.

6. Your rights

You may find out what data of yours we process, request its correction, blocking or deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing.
